What to expect: This is a competitive league with real prize money! In this league you can prove that you are the best around... or use it to enjoy some drinks, while watching sports, and enjoying the best golf experience since the golf cart, the choice is yours!
Sign Up Date: Teams must be signed up by January 7th 2024 to receive the 10% bay fee league discount. Teams can join late until February 11th with no bay fee discount.
Scramble: The game format is a standard scramble where each team will select the best ball after each shot.
Tee Distance: All men will play from around 6000 yards. Ladies, and 60+ will play from around 5000 yards.
Putting: A gimmie circle of 8ft will be in place. Putting is unique on a simulator but still very accurate so if you have not played on it before we highly suggest getting some practice in.
Concede: Triple bogey concede score will be in play to help pace of play: (EX: Par 3 concedes at 6 strokes, Par 4 is 7 strokes, and Par 5 is 8 strokes)
Mulligans: Mulligans will be used only to right a technical glitch. Each bay will have access to replay, and it is under the discretion of The Parcade if a mulligan is given. Mulligans are recorded on the software so it will be known if an illegal mulligan is used.
Software/Hardware Glitch: Technology is not perfect. Please, in case of any abnormalities request someone from The Parcade to review the incident. From there they will decide how to proceed. All rulings are final and will be decided based on facts presented.
Parcade Rules: All general building rules must be adhered to during league play. League members that continuously break the rules set in place for player safety and the protection of equipment will be asked to leave the league with no refund.
Scorecards: Scorecards will be kept electronically and physically in case of technical issues. Each week the electronic and physical scorecards must be shown and turned in to an employee of The Parcade. Any attempt to alter the score card illegally will result in a penalty that could range from strokes given to ejection from the league in extreme cases.
Season Duration: The regular season will start January 8th and go through March 15th.
Course: A new course will be played each week (9 holes). Courses will be released before the season starts. Teams can practice but must declare their round is counting before play starts. There is no limit to the number of practice rounds a team can play.
Subs: Subs are allowed through the regular season but cannot be used in the playoffs. Subs are held to the same rules as league members and improper behavior will fall back on the whole team.
Scoring: Scoring is calculated by shots under/over par as a team. The best 9 scores of the 10 weeks played added together will determine end of season ranking: EX: W1: -5 W2: -2 W3: -1 W4: -6 W5: +2 W6: +1 W7: -4 W8: -2 W9: -3 W10: -3 (10 Week Score: -23, 9 Best Scores: -25) This gives each team a week that they can miss or play bad and not have it effect the overall score.
Leaderboard: A leaderboard will be posted each week, so every team is aware of their standing. Tie breakers will be used to determine rankings. Leaderboards will include all weeks until the end of the final week where the worst week will be eliminated.
Tie Breakers: 1st tiebreaker: Team with lowest 1 week score. 2nd Tiebreak: Team with 2nd lowest 1 week score. 3rd tiebreaker: Team with 3rd lowest 1 week score. 4th Tiebreaker: Team closest to the pin.
Teams: The top 10 teams from the league make the post season tournament. The teams are decided and seeded accordingly based on scores and tiebreakers.
Dates: The playoffs will be held March 18th-22nd. Teams may play at a different time/day then during the regular season during the playoffs.
Players: The original 2 players who signed up are the only ones eligible. No Subs. If anything, unforeseen happens to your partner please let The Parcade know, and it will be handled appropriately.
Bracket: The bracket will be head-to-head in scramble format (same as regular season scoring). The bracket is single elimination.
Absent: Any teams not able to make a playoff matchup will not be replaced. The game will be ruled as a forfeit.
Round 1: 8v9 & 10v7 played between 5pm-9pm
Quarter Finals: 1v(8,9), 4v5, 2v(10,7), & 3v6 played between 5pm-9pm
Semi Finals: (TBD)v(TBD) & (TBD)v(TBD) played between 5pm-9pm
Championship: (TBD)v(TBD) played between 5pm-9pm
Ties: Ties in the playoffs are settled through sudden death playoff holes and closest to the pin. A max of two playoff holes will be played. If a tie remains after that there will be a closest to the pin competition to decide the winner.
Final Standings: 1st and 2nd are decided by who wins/loses the championship. After that 3rd & 4th is decided by who had the higher season ranking coming into the tournament in that single round. EX: 6 and 1 both loose to 2 and 5 in the semifinals. That means 2 and 5 play for the championship and 1 gets 3rd and 6 gets 4th. The same goes for 5th and 6th in the quarterfinals with the remaining losing teams.
No Playoff: The playoffs are hopefully part of the season but will be seen as a bonus because it goes beyond the 10 weeks of the season. If there are unforeseen circumstances that lead to the tournament not being able to be played, teams will be ranked based on regular season finish position.
League Fee: The league fee of $100 per team is placed into the "payout pool."
Payout Pool: The payout pool is determined by the number of teams in the league. As the number of teams increase the payout increases as well.
Regular Season Payout: 20% of the payout pool will be given equally to the 10 playoff teams. This is the prize from the regular season for making it to the playoffs.
Tournament Payout: 1st-6th place will be paid out in the post season tournament with the remaining 80% of the payout pool. Payout %’s are as follows based on the payout pool: 1st 20%, 2nd 16%, 3rd 14%, 4th 12%, 5th 10%, and 6th 8%. Payouts listed below are per team NOT PLAYER.
No Playoff: If there are unforeseen circumstances that lead to the tournament not being able to be played, teams will be paid out based on regular season finish position.

Structure: The Parcade is not a traditional golf course. A full league cannot be played on one single day, because of this The Parcade utilizes a multiday league structure.
Time slots: It is the responsibility of the registered team to book a tee time to play each round. Teams are not limited to one round per week. If it is desired for a team to play ahead of the week to week schedule they can. This also allows teams to miss weeks and be able to make up their round later. Overall, this structure allows teams to play on their own time and be given 10 weeks to play at least 9 of the courses on the schedule.
Playing Time: Each team should take about 1 hour to complete a 9-hole scramble. If your team takes longer it is that teams’ responsibility to pay for more time to finish their round. Teams can also play with other teams but just know that it is your score vs the field not head to head. Your score is what matters!
